Notice to Credit Union Members
Brazos Valley Schools Credit Union is incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas and under state law is subject to regulatory oversight by the Texas Credit Union Department.

If a member has a complaint against a Brazos Valley Schools Credit Union, the first step is to contact an officer of Brazos Valley Schools Credit Union and attempt to resolve the complaint directly. If you are unable to resolve these problems directly, however, the Texas Credit Union Department may be able to help.

The Department will be able to help if the credit union has violated a credit union law or rule. It may not be able to help when the member is not satisfied with a credit union’s policy or practices even though no law or rule was violated. Additionally, the Department cannot resolve factual or most contractual disputes.
