A: Yes, you will get a new card mailed to your address on record. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Any outstanding balance will automatically transfer to your new card. Your existing card will be deactivated and will not work after May 18, 2024.
A: Yes, your new card will have a new design.
A: No, your new card will have a new number and expiration date.

A: No, it may take a few days for the payment to post and your available balance to update.
A: If you are making re-occurring payments, you will need to contact each merchant or vendor to update your payment information with them. Failure to do so may result in unprocessed payments.
A: Follow the activation instructions on the sticker attached to the card. You must call to activate from the phone number currently on file.
A: You may mail your payment to PO BOX 37035, Boone IA 50037-0035 or to the address on your new monthly statement. If you mailed your payment to the old payment processor, it may take a few days to locate and process the payment.
A: Your new statement will be mailed to you within 45 days of receiving your new card. You will need to keep the final statement from your previous credit card company.
A: Yes, your new card will support Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Garmin Pay.
