Full-Time Teller – Kingsland Office, Katy

This individual is responsible for receiving and processing all member transactions in person, by mail or by phone. You must be accurate in handling of cash and negotiable items, enjoy working within a team and committed to providing quality service to our members. The teller reports directly to the Branch Manager with some direction from the Head Teller.

Responsibilities include: processing member transactions such as deposits and payments, handling negotiable items such as gift cards and money orders and managing a cash drawer. Some Saturday hours required.

Education and Experience Requirement:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Previous teller experience or cash handling experience necessary

Network Administrator – Katy

The primary purpose of this position is to provide technical assistance service to internal members and to operate the computer network, telecommunications network and peripheral equipment. The network consists of Cisco Routers and switches, Windows servers, backup solutions, Virtualization, VoIP, MPLS-T1 and Metro Ethernet lines. The network supports approximately 120 users on PC’s in 11 sites. This position also independently coordinates and completes information technology projects and special assignments. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Information Technology.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: addressing data and/or telecommunication issues from users and appropriately communicating the resolution; researching the feasibility of technology related projects, enhancements and proposals; evaluating, testing and recommending upgrades and/or enhancements to PC’s; maintaining the security and confidentiality of pertinent information and records; actively participating in disaster recovery and system security; training staff on network applications; and installation, configuration and maintenance of data, telecommunications equipment and PC’s.

Education and Experience Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in MIS, CS or similar field preferred
  • Financial institution experience preferred but not
    required
  • Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification is preferred

Membership Development Representative – College Station

This position is integral in the credit union’s efforts to retain and expand existing account relationships and acquire new members. You will help develop and implement activities and strategies that promote growth of the credit union. This position reports to the Senior Vice-President, Administration/ Human Resources.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:develop functional relationships with school district and SEG employees in College Station, Bryan, Brenham and surrounding counties as well as members of the communities surrounding our branches in College Station, Bryan and Brenham. Systematically conduct periodic business calls on these key employees for the purpose of promoting credit union products and services. Advance the credit union name in the school districts, SEGs and communities in the credit union’s field of membership and assist with training at the branch level.

Education and Experience Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Conversational Spanish preferred
  • Previous credit union experience preferred
  • General knowledge of basic credit union philosophy and operation beneficial

Superior oral and written communication skills are required along with a high level of confidence in introducing and presenting yourself and the credit union to school teachers, staff and administrators as well as business owners.
