Q: Are the wallets easy to use?

A: Yes! Once your card(s) have been added to your digital wallet, checking out at retailers, online or within the apps is super simple! To ensure there are no issues, make sure your device is updated with the most current software. If there are any issues visit your device’s site for further instructions including step-by-step directions for your digital wallet.

Q: Is my device eligible to use the digital wallet?

A:  Some older models may not be compatible. It’s important to make sure you have the most up to date software installed on your device. If you are not sure if your device is compatible, visit your device’s website to confirm compatibility.

Q: Where can I use my digital wallet?

A: Digital wallet payments are accepted at most merchants, online retailers, and for in-app purchases. Ask your merchant to see if they accept digital wallet payments.

Q: Once my digital wallet is setup, do I have to use it for every purchase?

A: No, you have the ease of convenience to use the digital wallet whenever you choose, or you can pay by using your physical debit card. You may also add/remove the cards from your digital wallet at any time.

Q: Can I add more than one card to my digital wallet?

A: Yes, you can add multiple cards to your digital wallet. However, some may have a limit on the number of cards that can be added.

Q: Are digital wallets safe and secure?

A: Yes, the specific card details in your digital wallet are protected and you will be required to use either TouchID, FaceID or your device passcode to complete the transaction. Each purchase will generate a unique account number, encrypting your actual information to keep your information safe. This provides an additional layer of security when checking out. Additionally, no card information or anything about your identity is involved when making your purchase.
